As an IHOP server, you play a pivotal role in delivering this exceptional dining experience. This role requires physical stamina, including standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, and maintaining full mobility of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
