Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused servers to join our team. The primary role of the server is to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service that enhances their dining experience. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of menu items, and the ability to work smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Servers will be responsible for greeting guests promptly, maintaining table cleanliness, accurately taking and delivering orders, and using our POS system effectively. Additionally, servers are expected to highlight daily specials, provide refills, upsell menu additions where appropriate, and ensure payments are processed efficiently. Collaboration with kitchen and support staff is essential to maintain a seamless flow of operations.

This full-time role requires availability during high-demand shifts including Fridays through Sunday brunch hours and the capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Candidates must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid liquor license as part of the regulatory compliance for serving alcoholic beverages. Prospective servers should possess the ability to multitask, manage payments accurately, and communicate clearly with both guests and team members. Previous experience in serving is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is advantageous. Job Requirements

  • Available to work Friday through Sunday brunch shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours per shift
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage money

Job Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Prior serving experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests within five minutes of seating
  • Making sure the table stays clean throughout the guest's stay
  • Taking food and beverage orders and highlighting specials of the day
  • Providing refills
  • Taking accurate and timely orders
  • Upselling menu additions when appropriate
  • Using the POS system to ring in orders
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen and support staff
  • Properly delivering checks and completing payments
