We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused servers to join our team. The primary role of the server is to ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service that enhances their dining experience. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of menu items, and the ability to work smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Servers will be responsible for greeting guests promptly, maintaining table cleanliness, accurately taking and delivering orders, and using our POS system effectively. Additionally, servers are expected to highlight daily specials, provide refills, upsell menu additions where appropriate, and ensure payments are processed efficiently. Collaboration with kitchen and support staff is essential to maintain a seamless flow of operations.

This full-time role requires availability during high-demand shifts including Fridays through Sunday brunch hours and the capacity to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Candidates must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid liquor license as part of the regulatory compliance for serving alcoholic beverages. Prospective servers should possess the ability to multitask, manage payments accurately, and communicate clearly with both guests and team members. Previous experience in serving is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is advantageous.
