The role of Server within Clarendale of Chandler's Culinary Team is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. This is a part-time position starting at a competitive wage of $15.15 per hour. The schedule is varied and will include weekends and holidays, but does not involve late-night shifts, making it an appealing option for individuals seeking a balanced work-life routine.

In this role, the Server is responsible for upholding the community's standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, ensuring food quality, appearance, and presentation are consistently excellent. The Server contributes to dining room appearance and adheres strictly to serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities also include setting tables, maintaining workstations, taking orders, providing courteous service, answering questions about menu items, and clearing and resetting tables during service.

Servers at Clarendale of Chandler also play a vital role in supporting correct dietary practices according to policy and procedure, and they represent the community in a warm and inviting manner that enhances the overall experience for residents and guests alike. This position supports the community's mission by helping create an environment where business decisions and employee engagement combine to drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
