We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team on a full-time basis. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous server experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to operate Aloha POS Micros POS or similar systems preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive
Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns that may arise
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods, assisting with food preparation as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated
