- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt
- state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
- ability to handle cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- certification for beverage service where required
Job Duties
- Serve guests by accurately taking and delivering orders
- practice safe food handling and awareness of food allergens
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- possess state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
