Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to assist residents with mobility and after falls
- Must be criminally cleared

Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room to mingle and entertain residents
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Communicate with supervisors and wellness staff regarding residents' dietary habits and attendance
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking when needed
- Promote a positive and engaging environment for residents' social connection
