Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk for the entire shift
- able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- dressed in proper dress code and present a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- able to listen and communicate with guests and team members
- able to operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- committed to following alcohol awareness procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- skilled in operating point-of-sale systems
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- understand menu items and preparation
- enter orders using Micros system efficiently
- ensure proper food garnishing and timely delivery
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- bus and reset tables as needed
- support other team members
- complete sales and station side work
- participate in incentives and contests
- follow portion control guidelines
- check back with guests for satisfaction and maintain drink levels
- keep work station clean and organized
- foster positive working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to promote the experience
- manage Micros operations and end-of-shift accounting
- maintain professional appearance
- listen and communicate clearly
