Flynn Applebee’s, one of seven premier brands under Flynn Group, is looking to hire friendly and motivated Servers to join their dynamic team. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- willing to adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective and face coverings
- availability for flexible scheduling
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a friendly attitude
- take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food and beverages
- anticipate guest needs and provide timely service
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest concerns or complaints professionally
- process payments and maintain accurate records
