The position entails serving as a key frontline ambassador for the restaurant, where the candidate will greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience. This role requires attentiveness throughout the complete service cycle, from seating customers and introducing daily specials to handling payment accurately and promptly. The staff member will also prepare and serve appetizers, desserts, and beverages, contributing to the smooth operation of the dining area. Maintaining workspace cleanliness by clearing, cleaning, and presetting tables is an essential part of the job, alongside performing restocking duties and assisting colleagues as needed.

Customer satisfaction is paramount, and part of the responsibilities includes resolving guest complaints courteously and escalating issues to management when necessary. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical mobility and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds are required to meet the physical demands of the role. Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred, ensuring the candidate can adapt swiftly to the dynamic work pace while sustaining quality service. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
