This role demands a friendly and outgoing personality, effective communication skills, and a dedication to making a positive impact on the guest experience. Servers must also be physically capable of enduring long periods of activity, including mobility for up to four hours, bending, stooping, lifting, and transporting plates, glasses, and baskets repeatedly throughout their shift. They must also adhere to safety and hygiene practices such as wearing protective coverings and frequent handwashing according to health guidelines.

Flynn Applebee's provides competitive wages starting at minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour, plus tips, along with flexible work schedules that accommodate individual needs.
