Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred
- ability to read and understand simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members
- ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money
- ability to operate computer point-of-sale system
- must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- food handler certification is required
- tabc certification is required
- constant standing/walking
- occasional stooping/kneeling
- occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 40 pounds
- occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps
- constant working in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods
- frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
- constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
- constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas using the spoken word
- constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to care for them
- answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services
- take food and beverage orders from guests, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
- prepare the final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- perform side work as management requires at the start and end of each shift
- monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service
- respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
- be ready and willing to assist fellow servers
