Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant server or front-of-house role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to follow standardized service steps
- physical ability to stand and move throughout shift
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, or other front-of-house roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- deliver food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- accommodate guests' needs following Applebee's Ten Basic Service Steps
- create authentic guest experiences ranging from Ladies Night Out to Sunday Family Dinner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- take and process orders efficiently
- provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
