Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Previous experience as restaurant server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, or runner preferred but not required
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours
Good sense of balance
Ability to bend and kneel
Ability to lift and bus pans and trays frequently weighing 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor, and wipe down booth seats
Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
Mobility during entire shift
Transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds about 15 times per shift

Job Duties

Delivers food and drinks to guests using the team delivery system
Greets guests, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
Interacts verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
Relays orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
Observes guests and responds to any additional requests
Presents guest check to each table and accepts payment, making correct change or completing charge card procedure
Participates in clearing and resetting dining room tables
