Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to exert mobility for up to four hours at a time
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift
  • able to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • able to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout entire shift
  • able to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands
  • committed to making an impact through guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous restaurant serving experience advantageous but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling payments
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • ability to follow guidelines and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide a warm, friendly first and last impression
  • make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and efficiently
  • carry plates, glasses, and baskets safely between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • communicate clearly with team members including kitchen and dining staff
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shift
  • wear required protective equipment and adhere to health and safety protocols
