The role available is integral to maintaining the high standards and excellent guest experience that Smokey Bones is known for. This position involves responsibilities such as rolling clean silverware for service, removing dirty utensils and plates from tables, cleaning and resetting tables after guests leave, and sweeping service areas. The employee will also be expected to assist guests throughout their dining experience, communicate effectively with team members to ensure all guest needs are met, and escalate guest issues to management constructively. The role requires adherence to health and safety regulations within kitchen and dining areas, along with following directions from managers throughout shifts.

Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from table
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Sweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- Able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
- Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- Help with food running
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
- Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
