The position is that of a Food and Beverage Server, a critical role responsible for engaging with guests from the moment they enter until they leave. The server will welcome and greet guests, make them feel comfortable, and assist by answering questions about the menu and services. Taking and accurately entering food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system is a central part of the job, as well as delivering orders promptly from the kitchen and bar. The server will also be responsible for preparing the final bill, processing payments, and maintaining open communication with both the guests and the management to address any needs or feedback promptly. Additional duties include performing necessary side work, participating in weekly team meetings, and occasionally working as a Food Runner.

This role requires a strong commitment to hygiene and grooming standards, excellent interpersonal skills, basic arithmetic ability for handling transactions, and certifications such as Food Handler and TABC. The working environment is dynamic and involves constant movement, standing, and interaction with guests and team members.
