Job Requirements
- Must have availability to work evening shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to lift and carry trays up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
- high level of mobility and flexibility
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work irregular hours under stress during peak times
- must be well-groomed and comply with uniform and hygiene standards
- able to fit through a 30 inch wide opening
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sanitation, safety and customer service
- trustworthy and reliable in handling payments and operating cash register
- clear communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- good coordination and physical stamina
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and respectful manner
- take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
- serve high quality food and check orders for completeness and presentation
- handle cash, credit cards, gift cards and payments accurately
- maintain cleanliness of workstation and pantry
- perform side work during downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking condiments
- communicate with managers and co-workers regarding service and safety issues
