Job Requirements

  • Must have availability to work evening shifts including nights and weekends
  • ability to lift and carry trays up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
  • high level of mobility and flexibility
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • willingness to work irregular hours under stress during peak times
  • must be well-groomed and comply with uniform and hygiene standards
  • able to fit through a 30 inch wide opening

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of sanitation, safety and customer service
  • trustworthy and reliable in handling payments and operating cash register
  • clear communication skills
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • good coordination and physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and respectful manner
  • take verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
  • serve high quality food and check orders for completeness and presentation
  • handle cash, credit cards, gift cards and payments accurately
  • maintain cleanliness of workstation and pantry
  • perform side work during downtime such as rolling silverware and restocking condiments
  • communicate with managers and co-workers regarding service and safety issues
