Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including early closes and no late nights
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to perform under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent guest service skills and experience
  • ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability
  • ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • proficient computer skills, including POS systems
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
  • serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet company standards
  • communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
  • describe food items accurately and maintain quality standards
  • input orders accurately into the POS system
  • pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
  • practice safe food and beverage handling
  • handle food prep equipment safely
  • manage guest complaints effectively and involve management when necessary
  • communicate and interact positively with guests, manage crowd efficiently
  • assist in other job categories as assigned
  • perform all other duties as assigned
