We are currently seeking enthusiastic Servers to join our team, where the role is centered on delivering exceptional guest service and creating a friendly, upbeat dining experience. As a Server at Applebee's, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering orders promptly, and ensuring that all their needs are met courteously. This position involves working closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations and uphold our Ten Basic Service Steps. Server duties include answering guest questions, making food and beverage recommendations, monitoring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, handling payments accurately, and helping with dining room maintenance after guests have left their tables.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, physical stamina to remain mobile and attentive during shifts that may require standing and walking for extended periods, and a genuine passion for hospitality. While previous restaurant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain a neat and positive demeanor, and abide by health and safety standards.
