As an Applebee's Server, you will be the initial and final point of contact for guests, leaving a lasting impression by ensuring their dining experience is positive and enjoyable. This role requires the ability to recommend menu items confidently, respond to guest needs proactively, and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout each shift. The position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and possess strong communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to move well-paced for extended periods, safely reach and lift items up to 25 pounds, and carry plates and baskets frequently throughout the shift. Considering health and safety, servers must be comfortable adhering to protective protocols such as wearing hand coverings, face masks, and maintaining frequent hand washing.
