Sidecar Social is a vibrant and innovative dining and entertainment venue located at The Star in Frisco. This high-end concept is part of a rapidly expanding company that also owns the popular BoomerJack's Grill chain of casual sports bar restaurants and the Bedford Ice House live music venue. The Server role at Sidecar Social is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences. Servers are expected to provide an "All Out" refined yet fun guest experience by demonstrating genuine hospitality expertise and engaging with guests in a personalized manner. This position plays a crucial role in embodying the spirit of Sidecar Social, contributing to both the efficiency and enjoyment of the venue. Servers must arrive on time, present themselves with a polished appearance in uniform, and become knowledgeable experts on the scratch-kitchen menu, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits offered.

As a Server, the individual will listen attentively to guests and provide "Rock Star Service" tailored to each patron's preferences. Collaboration as a team member is essential to maintain high standards of service efficiency, create an engaging atmosphere, and ensure that guests experience fun in every interaction. The role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and genuinely cares about executing all food and beverage items flawlessly to deliver visually appealing and delicious dishes and drinks.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • obtain a food handlers permit
  • obtain a tabc certification
  • minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent customer service skills
