This job opening is for the role of dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters, who will play a vital role in the restaurant’s daily operations. These team members are essential to creating an outstanding dining experience by providing personalized, friendly, and professional hospitality. Employed in either full-time or part-time capacities, servers at P.F. Chang's receive a competitive pay rate starting at $10.70 per hour plus tips, subject to experience. The restaurant offers flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs, along with paid on-the-job training to ensure all team members are well-prepared for their roles.

The Servers are responsible for anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations by delivering an amazing hospitality experience. This includes thoroughly understanding the restaurant's menu to help guests navigate their choices and answer any questions with confidence. Servers guide guests through every step of their dining experience, from taking accurate food and beverage orders to delivering them promptly and processing payments efficiently. Additionally, servers must be familiar with the restaurant layout and seating arrangements to manage their server areas effectively and collaborate smoothly with kitchen and bar staff.

  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
