Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop safely
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work with disinfectants and adhere to hygiene standards
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-focused attitude
  • Basic math skills to handle orders and payments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Make menu recommendations and assist guests with their choices
  • Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Clear tables and reset dining areas efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including sanitation and protective equipment usage
