Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
Previous serving experience preferred
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them with a friendly attitude
Provide guests with menu information and answer questions about specials, ingredients, and dietary needs
Process bills and handle payments responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and drink delivery
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
