Job Qualifications

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests professionally
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Collaborate effectively with team members including other servers, kitchen, and management staff
- Handle customer payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
