Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests professionally
  • Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with team members including other servers, kitchen, and management staff
  • Handle customer payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
