This job opportunity is for full-time or part-time hourly positions as dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters at P.F. Chang's. The pay rate starts at $5.50 per hour plus tips and varies based on individual experience. This role is critical in delivering the core guest experience by providing excellent customer service in a scratch kitchen setting. Servers are expected to anticipate guest needs, communicate the menu knowledgeably, and ensure a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized hospitality.
