As a Server at Outback Steakhouse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with the brand's high hospitality standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
