Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
  • willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
  • ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
  • ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift
  • commitment to health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly
  • present menus and make recommendations
  • take accurate food and drink orders
  • ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen and bar
  • anticipate and respond to guest needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • process guest payments and thank them for their visit
