Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for long periods up to four hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- willingness to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift
- commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- present menus and make recommendations
- take accurate food and drink orders
- ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen and bar
- anticipate and respond to guest needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- process guest payments and thank them for their visit
