The Server position at Logans Roadhouse plays a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience by coordinating timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages in a designated section of the dining room. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol or as per state regulations
- Strong organizational and active listening skills
- Adherence to Logans Roadhouse appearance standards

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and outgoing customer service
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu to suggest and customize service
- Record guest orders and enter them accurately into the Point-of-Sale system
- Handle money transactions, return correct change, and close checks
- Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
- Check guests’ identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Memorize menu items and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks
- Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up soda machines and rolling silverware
- Assist in other tasks including prepping desserts and salads, restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms, and bussing tables as needed
