Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
- ability to walk and stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
- ability to safely lift and carry food trays weighing up to 30 lbs
- basic math skills
- excellent communication skills
- team player mindset

- ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong teamwork skills
- must be 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
- experience is a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and undergo training
Job Duties
- Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every guest
- provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to guests
- answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
- help fellow team members when appropriate
- work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
- maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
