Job Requirements
- must be over 18 years old for server position
- must be over 21 years old for bartender position
- must have valid TIPS Certification for Maryland if applying for bartender role
- reliable transportation required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 35 pounds regularly
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
- must be punctual and able to work under strict timelines
- ability to speak, read, and understand basic directions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is helpful but not required
- ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- for bartender position, must hold valid TIPS Certification for Maryland
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- set up and break down event equipment and supplies
- assist with loading and unloading trucks
- ensure timely arrival and punctuality for all scheduled events
- maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
- communicate effectively with team members and event coordinators
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
