Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and a neat, clean appearance
- Ability to follow safety and health regulations
- Ability to perform physical duties required for the position

- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Aware of guests' needs and works to make the guests' experience pleasurable
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other Servers
- Understands product specifications and ensures guests' receipts match the party size
- Performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
