Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- ensure guest touchpoints are clean and sanitized
- deliver food and beverages promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- process guest payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
- maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials to make recommendations
