Serving involves greeting and seating guests warmly, accurately taking and inputting food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems, and offering knowledgeable recommendations from the menu. The Server ensures guests' dietary and allergy needs are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff to maintain an excellent, safe dining experience.

In addition to efficient order management, the Server is responsible for attentive service, including refilling drinks, monitoring guest needs throughout the meal, and promptly addressing any service issues by escalating concerns to management when necessary. This role demands excellent communication skills, an understanding of sales techniques, and compliance with liquor and safety laws. Candidates should be flexible to work varying shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
