We are currently seeking a passionate and high-energy Server to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on bringing our dining experience to life by delivering warm and attentive service, demonstrating strong menu knowledge, and fostering genuine connections with every guest who walks through our doors. At Enricos, the Server position is integral to creating memorable moments throughout each guest’s visit, ensuring that every shift is filled with excitement, learning, and the fulfillment that comes with making people feel at home. This full-time position offers competitive pay, including an hourly wage plus tips, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.

As a Server, you will be expected to manage a busy section efficiently, taking and entering orders accurately using our modern POS system, guiding guests through our diverse menu with thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, and ensuring that all food and drink items are delivered promptly and correctly. Moreover, anticipating guest needs and going the extra mile to provide exceptional hospitality are key aspects of this role. Collaboration is also essential, requiring you to work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to maintain the smooth flow of service. Enricos takes great pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment, and you will play an essential role in upholding those standards through regular side work and cleaning duties.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • bartending experience is a plus
  • leadership or shift lead experience is a plus
  • a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts
  • strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
  • reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
