Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- bartending experience is a plus
- leadership or shift lead experience is a plus
- a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- ability to multitask, stay calm, and remain positive during busy shifts
- strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
- reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and charisma
- guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- take and enter orders accurately using the POS system
- ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly
- anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each experience memorable
- maintain awareness of your section and surrounding tables at all times
- process payments accurately and responsibly
- work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly
- help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- complete side work and scheduled cleaning duties
- stay guest- and culture-focused throughout every shift
- comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant regulations
