The role of an Applebee's Server is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, as servers represent the first and last impression for guests at the restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
  • Take and deliver food and beverages orders accurately
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their visit
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Handle payment transactions and process tips appropriately
  • Follow all health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and sanitizing hands frequently
