Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and guiding guests through menu selections including food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient service
- Adhere strictly to The Capital Grille protocols regarding sanitation, safety, and guest wellness
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return
