Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours as required
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks related to serving and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- Valid Honolulu Liquor Commission Card (Bartender's Card)
- Valid ServSafe Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service flow
Job Duties
- Provide warm friendly and attentive food and beverage service to all guests
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive welcoming presence on the floor
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits wine champagne cocktails beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Accurately take guest orders enter them into the POS system and communicate effectively with the kitchen
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Close out checks accurately and follow all cash handling and credit card procedures
- Set reset and maintain tables and dining areas according to company standards
