Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- experience with Toast POS or similar systems preferred
- ability to sanitize work areas effectively
- familiarity with food handling procedures
- excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- serve food and drinks promptly
- handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
- ensure tables are clean and set up properly for each customer
- assist in maintaining a sanitary and safe restaurant environment
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
