Employees are expected to be team players who support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. The job also demands adherence to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards, which are critical to maintaining the restaurant’s high operational standards.

Out West Restaurant Group values work-life balance by offering a flexible schedule, closure on Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow employees time with loved ones, and competitive benefits. These benefits support the well-being and development of their team members.

The company is proud of its inclusivity and equal opportunity employment practices. They do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status. Employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications irrespective of protected characteristics under federal and state laws. Out West Restaurant Group demonstrates its community commitment by supporting non-profit organizations like California Care and CORE, which provide critical support to restaurant employees and their families.
