Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide courteous and efficient service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide promptly, efficient, courteous service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests
- Take and serve orders
- Handle guest remittance
- Clear dishes and reset tables
- Maintain professional relationships with employees and guests
- Follow IHOP Service Guidelines and SOPs
- Manage guest complaints professionally and courteously
- Memorize and apply IHOP terminology and menu knowledge
- Comply with SOP on guest checks and banking
- Stock and rotate supplies
- Adhere to health, sanitation, safety guidelines
