Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery
Process payments and provide correct change or receipts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
