We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Servers to join our team. Servers at our restaurants are experts in our menu, confidently handling unique orders and making sure every customer enjoys their dining experience to the fullest. This role requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-moving environment and take pride in their work. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus and beverage offerings
- Take and accurately deliver guest orders including special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas
- Foster positive and energetic atmosphere consistent with company culture
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
