The role of a Server at California Pizza Kitchen is an integral part of the team's vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. As a Server, candidates will be expected to handle various responsibilities, including operating the point-of-sale system efficiently, following food safety and allergen awareness protocols, and maintaining cash handling procedures. Importantly, servers must obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificates where applicable. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, currently set at $18.70 per hour, with additional earning potential through tips for eligible roles such as Server, Bartender, Take Out, Host, and Busser positions.

- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- compliance with state beverage service certificate requirements where applicable
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
