Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, especially craft beer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
Job Duties
- Know the menu inside and out
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the service areas
- Take and accurately deliver guest orders including special requests
- Ensure guests feel valued and well taken care of
- Contribute to a fast-paced and lively restaurant atmosphere
- Support team members and embody Yard House’s core values
