As a Server at Golden Corral under the C and D Enterprises franchise, you will be the face of the restaurant and play a pivotal role in ensuring guests have an outstanding dining experience. Hospitality is key in this position; servers must be attentive, courteous, and enthusiastic about delivering quality service. The job entails following the Eight Steps of Service, a proven approach to guarantee guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. You will work collaboratively with other servers to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued. Additionally, operational excellence requires a thorough understanding of product specifications and precise attention to detail, such as ensuring the number of guests matches the receipt charges. You will also assist with opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and report any equipment or facility issues to management. Familiarity with local health department regulations and strict adherence to cleanliness standards are integral to this role.
