We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Servers to join our dynamic team at LongHorn Steakhouse. This position is an hourly role with a competitive starting wage of $12.14 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to earn while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. As a Server at LongHorn, you will be an essential part of the guest experience, responsible for creating memorable dining moments by delivering friendly, attentive, and well-paced service. Our servers are expected to demonstrate strong knowledge of our extensive menu, provide accurate order delivery in partnership with kitchen and bar staff, and contribute to the positive atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.
