Job Duties
- Provide friendly and energetic customer service to guests
- Develop strong menu knowledge for suggestive selling and customized guest experiences
- Record guest orders accurately and enter them into the Point-of-Sale system
- Handle money transactions including making correct change and closing checks
- Serve multiple tables simultaneously as assigned by management
- Refill drinks and deliver food promptly using tray service
- Check guest identification to serve alcoholic beverages following state and local laws
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Remember menu items and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks
- Perform opening and closing side duties such as setting up ice buckets and rolling silverware
- Assist in prep tasks and restocking as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
- Uphold safety and appearance standards
- Participate in company-required training and validations
- Use online Learning Management System for continuous learning
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
