About the Server Role: We Wine. We Dine. We Build Careers. As a Server at The Capital Grille, you will play a critical role in crafting the overall guest experience by providing exceptionally distinctive hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to offer the highest levels of service by skillfully guiding guests through the menu, offering tailored food and beverage recommendations, and ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Starting at $21.30 per hour plus tips, this position offers competitive pay with weekly payments and a structured path to career advancement within the restaurant. Servers must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for employment in this role.
