This position is for a Server at LongHorn Steakhouse, where the pay is variable depending on the location, plus tips. Servers are a critical part of LongHorn's guest experience and contribute significantly to the restaurant's vibrant and team-oriented culture. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
ability to provide excellent customer service
physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
basic math skills

Job Qualifications

proven experience as a server or in a customer service role

Job Duties
